In the prestigious Luštica Bay development, the construction of the luxury Hotel Centrale has been completed, where ETG Group carried out the full scope of works on water supply, sewage, and thermotechnical systems. With this project, the company once again confirmed its expertise in delivering complex installation solutions, in line with the highest standards of modern construction.
Modern water supply and sewage solutions
The project included a wide range of installation systems: from internal and external sewage and sanitary water networks, to landscaping irrigation systems, and wastewater treatment using an ACO Lipujet grease separator and hydro plants for stable water supply.
Special attention was given to comfort and hygiene through the installation of drains with a “dry” odor trap, linear shower channels, and condensate traps for air conditioning units.
High-quality systems from renowned brands such as Rehau, ACO, Grundfos, Lovara, TECE, HL, and Dukker were installed, ensuring durability, safety, and top-level functionality.
Luxury through premium sanitary ware and flooring
The hotel was further enhanced with equipment from world-renowned manufacturers: Hansgrohe, Laufen, Ferro, Fima, Jika, Galassia, and Lamar – combining elegance, quality, and flawless functionality.
Advanced thermotechnics for comfort at every step
Guest comfort was ensured by the installation of a Mitsubishi Electric VRF system, enabling simultaneous heating and cooling of different zones with maximum energy efficiency.
- All bathrooms were equipped with electric underfloor heating, adding a sense of luxury and comfort.
- The restaurant was air-conditioned using an ATREA DUPLEX MULTI air handling unit with heat recovery.
- The SPA center was equipped with a specialized WOLF pool air handling unit.
- Technical rooms were fitted with Mitsubishi Electric recuperators, while toilet ventilation was provided by reliable Systemair fans.
- Hotel kitchens were fitted with a professional ventilation system by Klimaoprema, designed specifically for demanding hospitality conditions.
Innovation in hot water preparation
Domestic hot water is prepared using a system that utilizes waste heat from the VRF system (in cooling mode) to heat the water. This advanced solution brings significant energy savings and contributes to the overall sustainability of the facility.
