Hotel Centrale – ETG Group as a Guarantee of Functionality and Quality

On the project of the luxury Hotel Centrale, Luštica Bay, ETG Group carried out complete works on water supply, sewage, and thermotechnical systems, confirming its expertise in executing complex installation solutions.

Water Supply and Sewerage – Complete Installation Solutions

On this project we executed:

Distribution of internal and external, foul and stormwater sewage.
Distribution of internal and external sanitary and hydrant water.
Collection and drainage of stormwater via gullies and low-profile channels.
Landscape irrigation system.
Treatment of kitchen wastewater through the ACO Lipujet grease separator, with an integrated remote-discharge pump.
Ensuring stable water supply through a hydro plant system.
Installation of floor drains with “dry” odor traps in apartment and staff toilets.
Installation of linear shower drains in shower areas.
Installation of traps for connecting condensate from AC units to the sewage system.

For internal installations, the following high-quality systems were used:

Rehau Rautitan and Raupiano+ – internal water supply and sewage.
ACO – kitchen water treatment equipment from the hygiene program – including grease separators as well as stainless steel channels and drains for kitchens.
ACO – low-profile channels and cast-iron gratings for surface and terrace drainage.
Grundfos – hydro plant for sanitary water.
Lovara – hydro plant for the hydrant network.
TECE – concealed cisterns, urinal frames, and shower channels.
Hutterer Lechner (HL) – internal floor drains, condensate traps, and pipe aerators.
Dukker – SML pipes for foul sewage routed through the open space of the restaurant.

Hansgrohe, Laufen, Ferro, Fima, Jika, Galassia – combining quality, elegance, durability, and superior functionality.

Thermotechnics

Central heating and cooling were implemented through a three-pipe Mitsubishi Electric VRF system, enabling simultaneous heating and cooling in different zones of the building, with high energy efficiency and precise temperature control.
All bathrooms were equipped with electric underfloor heating, further enhancing comfort and luxury.
The restaurant space was air-conditioned with an ATREA DUPLEX MULTI air handling unit, featuring integrated exhaust air recovery.
The SPA was ventilated by a WOLF pool air handling unit, also equipped with an advanced heat recovery system.
Technical rooms were fitted with Mitsubishi Electric recuperators, ensuring energy conservation during continuous air exchange.
Toilet ventilation was ensured with high-quality Systemair fans.
Hotel kitchens were equipped with a Klimaoprema ventilation system, specifically designed for professional hospitality environments.

Domestic Hot Water – Smart Use of Waste Energy

Preparation of domestic hot water was achieved through an energy-efficient system that utilizes waste heat from the VRF system (in cooling mode) for water heating. This innovative technology further contributes to sustainability and reduces energy consumption in the building.
