The Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM) has awarded its annual prizes to the most successful managers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders across 12 categories. Among the laureates, special recognition was given for Manager of the Year in the Field of Corporate Governance, which was awarded to Mr. Mladen Bajković, founder and CEO of ETG Group from Podgorica.
This recognition comes as a result of the outstanding business achievements that ETG Group has accomplished under Mr. Bajković’s leadership. The company is recognized for its dedication to quality, environmental protection, and workplace safety, as confirmed by numerous certifications in these areas. With an extensive portfolio of significant projects in Montenegro and the region, ETG Group has positioned itself as one of the leading domestic players in the construction of hotels, villas, residential complexes, and other facilities within major foreign investments along the Adriatic.
Mr. Bajković was born in 1964 in Cetinje, where he completed his primary and secondary education. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Podgorica. Throughout his career, he has served as the Chairman of the Board for Energy Efficiency and Environmental Protection at the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro for two terms, contributing to the development of the Montenegrin economy and management sector.
The award presented by AMM confirms Mr. Bajković’s leadership position in the field of corporate governance and his dedication to improving the business environment in Montenegro. This recognition serves as additional motivation for ETG Group to continue implementing high standards in all aspects of its operations.
